By accessing or using IELTS Evaluator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Educational Nature of Services

IELTS Evaluator is an educational tool. The band scores and feedback provided are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy, these scores are estimates only and are not official IELTS results. We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Reliance on our scores for official exam predictions is at your own risk.

3. Free Platform & Usage

IELTS Evaluator is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, no paid plans, and no payment required. All features including the AI Essay Checker, Band 9 Templates, IELTS Academy, and Reading Practice are available at no cost. You may sign in with Google to unlock unlimited evaluations and save your progress.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. No Charges

Because the platform is entirely free, no payment information is collected. There are directly no charges, sales, or subscriptions. For further details, please see our Refund Policy page.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Evaluator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
