1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IELTS Evaluator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Educational Nature of Services

IELTS Evaluator is an educational tool. The band scores and feedback provided are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy, these scores are estimates only and are not official IELTS results. We are not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Reliance on our scores for official exam predictions is at your own risk.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings.
• Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details regarding purchases and refund eligibility.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IELTS Evaluator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
