Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may schedule cancellation of your Pro subscription at any time from Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. No Refunds

Because introductory evaluations are available before purchase and the service is digital, charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a duplicate or incorrect charge appears, contact us promptly so we can investigate it with Paddle, our merchant of record.

Pro subscriptions are offered through Paddle. This policy explains cancellation, access, and refund handling for current customers.
