We want you to be satisfied with IELTS Evaluator. However, due to the significant server costs involved in AI processing, we have established the following refund guidelines.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee under specific conditions:

• Condition: A refund is only available if you have not used any AI evaluation credits within the first 7 days of your purchase.
• Once you have used the service to grade an essay, the digital service is considered "consumed," and the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please email us at support@ielts-evaluator.com with your transaction ID. We will process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.

3. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not generate a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your billing cycle.
