Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or through our secure billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.

2. No Refunds

Because we offer a fully functional Free Trial that allows you to test and experience the AI evaluator before committing to a purchase, and due to the non-returnable digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure you use your free evaluation to verify the quality of the service before upgrading to Premium.
